Mr. Wang was appointed Vice President of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. in April 2024.

Mr. Wang also serves as Chairman and President of Luxi Group and Chairman of Luxi Chemical Group. He was Executive Vice President of Sinochem Asset Management Co., Ltd., Chairman of Henan Junhua Development Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Sinofert Holdings Limited, Director of Health, Safety, Environmental Protection (HSE) and Industry at Agricultural Division (Syngenta Group China) of Sinochem Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Sinochem Chongqing Fuling Chemicals Co., Ltd., General Manager of Sinochem Jilin Changshan Chemical Co., Ltd., General Manager of Sinochem Yunlong Co., Ltd., Director of Enterprise Management Department at Sinofert Holdings Limited, and Director of No.6 Chemical Plant at SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company.

Mr. Wang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from the Department of Applied Chemistry at Tianjin University. He further pursued his studies at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tianjin University, where he was awarded a Master of Engineering degree in Materials Science. He is a senior engineer.
