Established with the approval of Sinochem Group in April 2017, Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution Co., Ltd. (Sinochem Distribution for short) constitutes an integral part of Sinochem Energy, a business unit (BU) of Sinochem Group. Shouldering the key responsibility of domestic and international sales of Sinochem Group’s bulk petrochemical products, Sinochem Distribution sells more than 11 million tons of products and receives a sales revenue of more than RMB 40 billion annually. Sinochem Distribution has an annual logistics distribution capacity of over 6 million tons, a capacity reserve of 2 million tons, and nearly 70 transit warehouses across the country. It has established sound cooperative ties with major ports along the coast to provide high-quality one-stop comprehensive services for upstream and downstream customers.

Headquartered in Shanghai, Sinochem Distribution has branches in Quanzhou, Nanjing and Guangzhou, responsible for regional operations in Fujian Province, East China and South China, respectively. Besides, it has established an overseas platform in Singapore and has a subsidiary named Sinochem Liaoning Co., Ltd. Newly established by Sinochem Group to deepen its internal reform, Sinochem Distribution has brought together outstanding marketing teams and highly-trained professionals from across the group. By exploiting Sinochem Group’s marketing and trade advantages, it strives to build itself into an internal platform for unified sales, an external platform for professional operations, as well as a comprehensive service and e-commerce platform for Sinochem Energy’s bulk petrochemical products. On this basis, it provides high-quality one-stop comprehensive services for upstream and downstream customers and aims to achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win outcome.

Serving as a unified sales platform for bulk petrochemical products, Sinochem Distribution is responsible for selling petrochemical products from the Quanzhou Petrochemical Project, which mainly include HDPE, PP, EVA, SM, MEG, domestic gas, etherified C4, pure benzene, toluene, mixed xylene, naphtha, MTBE, sulfur, polypropylene, petroleum coke, and asphalt. Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (“Sinochem Quanzhou” for short) is Sinochem Group’s first wholly owned large refinery and petrochemical enterprise. Completed and put into operation in July 2014, the company has a crude oil processing capacity of 12 million tons/year, and is equipped with 19 refining and petrochemical installations for atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, continuous catalytic reforming, polypropylene, diesel hydrogenation and other processes. It has reached the domestically leading level and world class in seven aspects such as product quality and process route and its products enjoy a high degree of market recognition. Besides, Sinochem Distribution has established solid cooperative relations with numerous major petrochemical enterprises in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and America.

Sinochem Liaoning Co., Ltd., a logistics company subordinate to Sinochem Distribution, undertakes the primary and secondary logistics distribution of petrochemical products. Through centralized scheduling and professional management, it guarantees the logistics efficiency and reduces the logistics cost. Currently, it has a total commissioned transportation capacity of more than 2 million tons, and an annual logistics distribution capacity of more than 6 million tons.
