The recovered positive electrode black powder is mainly ternary positive electrode black powder recovered from the waste lithium battery. The content of ni-co manganate in the black powder is more than 90% with little impurity content, which can be used to repair and prepare positive electrode materials, and also be used for further recovery of ni-co manganese-lithium metal.
