The group hired 953 new employees in 2010.
Introducing global best practices are important measures for ChemChina to promote sustainable development and recruit the best talents all over the world. The group has recruited specialized technical innovation talents and senior professional managers to work in CXO positions ever since 2008. ChemChina recruited 21 professional managers from overseas, seven of whom were listed in the national "recruitment program of one thousand key talents" by 2010.
