Elkem Xinghuo Silicones’s Key Green Process System Integration Project is on the list, receiving six million yuan of start-up funds from Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance.

The project is based on the joint project of raw silicone rubber and new downstream products of the compound rubber. The advanced green process of upstream raw material pretreatment is adopted to realize the green raw materials. Developing key new processes and key equipment can effectively solve the problem of greening key chemical process links. We need to adopt a green catalyst to take the lead in doing experiments in the chemical industry. Advanced wastewater treatment can reduce pollutant discharge and recycle resources. We need to formulate green standards for the silicone industry to carry out the integration of green manufacturing systems as an industry model, so as to solve key problems in the green development of the industry and boost the construction and development of green factories.
